Community renewals available only in Agent Center starting in September
Over two years ago we rolled out enhanced functionality in Agent Center that allows you to access your Community renewals online. Over that time, we've received great feedback, and we're happy to let you know that you can now receive your renewing group's pre-filled GMA in Agent Center as well.
Since we are developing more online functions for you in Agent Center, starting in September your Community renewals will be available only in Agent Center. Many of you who already use Agent Center to generate proposals and receive Community renewals have expressed appreciation for doing business online. We hope that those who've not used Agent Center in the past will realize how easy it is to navigate. We've also recently unveiled our Agent Toolkits, which are designed to help you and your business by providing information about Activate, Innova and Engage, Compare & Cross-Sell, Quoting & Client Meetings, Group Set-Up and Open Enrollment.
