Employers are satisfied with Regence
We're pleased to report that, according to the third-quarter results of our 2007 Employer Satisfaction Survey, the majority of our employer groups are satisfied with the services and products that we provide!
It's clear that employers continue to choose Regence for selection, service and value. But our most recent employer satisfaction survey results also tell us that:
- Overall, 93% of employers are satisfied with Regence.
- More than 85% of employers are satisfied with the support they receive from our customer service.
- Ninety-one percent of employers would recommend Regence to a fellow employer.
And when it comes to satisfaction with brokers, employers tell us that:
- Nine out of 10 employers are satisfied with the support they receive from their brokers.
- Eighty-eight percent of employers use a broker or an agent to negotiate their health coverage.
