Broker satisfaction results are favorable!
Our latest broker satisfaction survey focused on several areas, including marketplace indicators, internal staff, company characteristics and value-added programs. Results show that:
- Regence leads competitors on product offering, customer service, consistent pricing and ease of partnership.
- Seven out of 10 brokers indicated that Regence has the best suite of products.
- Brokers consider the provider network as being very important to their clients when making benefit decisions.
We'll be conducting our 2008 semi-annual broker satisfaction survey in April. If you receive a request to participate, we encourage you to provide your honest feedback.
