01/18/2008   Broker satisfaction results are favorable!

Our latest broker satisfaction survey focused on several areas, including marketplace indicators, internal staff, company characteristics and value-added programs. Results show that:
  • Regence leads competitors on product offering, customer service, consistent pricing and ease of partnership.
  • Seven out of 10 brokers indicated that Regence has the best suite of products.
  • Brokers consider the provider network as being very important to their clients when making benefit decisions.
