We're off to a strong start in 2008, and the momentum of our new suite of products—InnovaSM and EngageSM—is continuing to show a positive market response. The significant volume of new and sell-over business created some challenges with timely group set-up, but by adding staff we have been able to significantly reduce the processing backlog. As a result, your clients should receive their initial group bill and enrolling employees receive their member cards on a timelier basis.

We also recognize that our new products and processes require you to submit completed paperwork earlier than in the past. To help you start the renewal conversation with your clients earlier, we will begin to release Community renewals 60 days in advance starting with May 2008 renewals. We hope this is good news that will position us to be successful partners in 2008!
