Agents to receive monthly notice of Community groups in delinquent status starting March 2008
Starting March 2008, we will begin notifying agents whose FourFrontSM, Preferred, Selections®, HSA, or Traditional plan Community group (2 to 50 employees) is in a delinquent status. The letter will be mailed around the 15th of each month and will include the group number, group name, paid-through date, and amount past due.
We will begin producing an Agent Activity Journal in the coming months that will detail your new, renewing, delinquent and cancelled InnovaSM and EngageSM groups as well.
