12/19/2008   Reminder: Make sure GMAs are complete

As we approach the end of December, the holidays and a busy time of year, it is all the more critical that we are able to complete our new-group and renewal cycles accurately and on time.

In order to support our goal to provide you with the best service possible, we wanted to share a friendly reminder about the importance of completing all necessary fields of the Group Master Application (GMA). A complete GMA ensures that we can process a group's enrollment in a timely manner.

Additionally, when using a pre-filled GMA from Agent Center for enrolling and renewing groups with InnovaSM, EngageSM, ActivateSM and Regence HSA Healthplan 2.0SM products it is helpful to remember to check it for completeness prior to submission since all fields in the form are not pre-filled.
