Regence MedAdvantage with or without Part D renewal letter sent
Members who have signed up for MedAdvantage with or without Part D coverage were mailed the "Annual Notification of Change" (ANOC) letters beginning October 24. Regence is required to deliver these notifications no later than October 31. The annual election period begins on Nov. 15.
