10/05/2007 Jump Start Sales Program includes renewing business

For small groups of 2 to 99 employees that renew their November or December 2007 plans—FourFrontSM, Preferred, Selections®, HSA, or Traditional—we'll issue a Jump Start bonus of $5 per enrolled employee.

Program Rules

Payment will be issued once for each qualifying renewing group and will be issued one month following the effective date.
An enrolled employee is determined based on enrollment data recorded in our system on the last business day of the group's effective month.
Association business is excluded from this promotion.
