Group Master Applications and Benefits Selection Inserts have been updated
The 12/07 and 1/08 versions of the Group Master Applications and Benefit Selection Inserts for groups of 2 to 50 and groups of 51+ are now available for your use. It is important that you use the appropriate forms to coincide with the group's effective date.
