Error found in HSA Healthplan application
We've discovered that there is an error in our new Individual application available for Jan. 1 effective dates: In Section 2, Type of Coverage, the Regence HSA Healthplan family deductible options are missing.
If you have clients who are choosing the new Individual Regence HSA Healthplan as a family, have them write in their deductible choice ($3,000, $5,000 or $7,000) in the application.
A corrected application will be available soon. If you have questions or concerns, please talk to your Regence Consumer Sales contact.
