No renewal information? Group administrators to receive reminders
If you have a soon-to-be-renewed group that hasn’t yet sent in their renewal information, that group will receive a reminder letter from us expressing our hope that they stay in the Regence community.
If we haven’t received the group’s renewal information by the 15th of the month prior to the group’s renewal, we will send the reminder letter the next day—on the 16th. We will send the letters to the group’s billing address, with a copy to the agent’s commission address.
We hope to welcome each group to another year with Regence. Please help explain to these groups that a timely renewal gets member cards and benefit booklets to their employees by the renewal date and ensures that members’ claims will be paid correctly and quickly based on updated benefits.
Finally, timely renewals mean less hassle for you because a group that experiences smooth renewals are groups with seamless customer service, uninterrupted fills at the pharmacy and fewer problem calls to you.
